Questions
Will I be able to cancel at any time?
Yes. We plan one-step cancellation in settings, with no emails back and forth. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
What stays free?
SOS, crisis tips and support lines, the free tools, articles, the Research section and days 1–3 of every program. We do not plan to charge for help in a hard moment.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No, we plan 14 days with no card. We will ask for one only when you choose to pay.
Will I be able to get a refund?
We plan to refund the unused period if the subscription is not right for you. The exact terms will be shown in the terms of service before you pay.
Why do prices differ between countries?
We plan to fit the price to the country you live in, so the subscription stays affordable. The region will follow the country of your payment card.
When will payment start working?
