№ 01Setlist · 5 programs

Five struggles, five programmes (drafts for now)

  1. 01
In your words: I lie awake for hours and dread the night.

28 days to get your sleep on track.

A step-by-step programme based on the principles of CBT-I — the approach sleep researchers recommend first. Sleep diary, a schedule tailored to your nights, and short daily lessons. No pills, no white-noise playlists.

  2. 02
In your words: It hits out of nowhere and I don't know what to do.

Have a plan for the wave.

Two taps open SOS: a calm, step-by-step script that works offline — grounding, paced breathing, and what to do next. Then short lessons explain what is happening in the body — and over time the waves often feel less frightening.

  3. 03
In your words: I replay the same thoughts and can't stop.

    Step out of the loop.

14 days of short practices: notice you are in the loop, separate a thought from an action, and bring your attention back to what you are doing. No fighting your thoughts, no "just don't think about it".

  4. 04
In your words: I know my stuff — my nerves ruin it on the day.

    Walk in prepared.

14-day countdown programmes for a concert, match, exam or presentation: mental rehearsal, pre-performance routines, and working with the "what if I fail" thoughts. For musicians, athletes, students and anyone who performs.

  5. 05
In your words: I'm exhausted and the weekend doesn't fix it.

Recover your energy, set your limits.

14 days of short practices for work stress: boundaries, recovery habits, and a gentler inner voice. Includes a weekly check-in so you notice what's changing.

№ 02How it works

How it works

  1. Tell us what matters now

A 2-minute questionnaire about your goal and your situation. It also checks whether a self-help programme is a good fit for you right now; if not, we'll say so and point you to better options.

  2. Get a programme, not a library

    One path, 5–10 minutes a day: a short explanation, a practice, a one-line reflection.

  3. Track what changes

One or two questions a day, a short check-in each week, charts without shaming.

  4. Keep what works

Every exercise stays in your toolkit; SOS is always free, always offline.

№ 03SOS

SOS, always within reach

  1. Two taps from anywhere in the app, no internet needed.
  2. A deterministic script: acknowledge the wave → ground yourself → slow your breathing to about 6 breaths a minute → decide the next small step.
  3. Local support lines for your country, one tap away.
  4. Free forever, no account required.
Open SOS

SOS is a self-help tool for difficult moments. It is not an emergency service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact emergency services or a crisis line in your country now.

№ 04Performance

Performance, with a date on it

Pick your event and the date. Resteady builds a 14-day plan backwards from it: imagery and mental rehearsal, attention and refocusing drills, routines for the morning of, and the thoughts that tend to show up the night before.

Variants for:

  • musicians — auditions, concerts
  • athletes — match day, competition
  • students — exams
  • speakers — presentations, interviews

Coaches and teachers: a partner programme for clubs and schools is coming — leave your email.

№ 06FAQ

Questions people ask

Does this replace a psychologist?

No. Resteady teaches practical skills from well-researched psychological approaches (such as cognitive-behavioural and acceptance-based methods). It does not diagnose, treat or replace care from a qualified professional. If you're working with a therapist or doctor, Resteady can complement that — ask them.

Who creates and checks the content?

Exercises are written by our team. Before launch, each one is reviewed by a licensed psychologist (clinical or sport/performance); the reviewer's name, the date and a short note on the research will be shown on the exercise page. We are still recruiting reviewers, so for now all material is marked as a draft.

Is it safe for me?

The onboarding questionnaire checks for situations where self-help isn't the right first step (for example severe low mood, bipolar disorder, or certain sleep conditions for the sleep programme). If that's the case, we'll say so clearly and show better options rather than enrol you. The app is for ages 18+.

What about my data?

Your answers and journal entries are encrypted, never used for advertising, and never sold or shared with data brokers. You can export or delete everything in one step. Hosted in the EU. We don't use ad pixels on health-related pages.

Is there an AI? Can I trust it?

A clearly labelled AI assistant helps pick exercises and asks reflection questions. It is not a therapist, does not diagnose, and stops to show a safety screen with support lines if you mention a crisis. You can turn it off.
